Default Jumped started now engine ........

I had to jump start my car the other day and after I got it started i drove it for about 45 mins. Everything works, but it seems like the engine might be idling a little rougher than it was before (i can sometimes feel it in the pedal).AmIjust paying too much attention to it or did something get messed in the process of jumpstarting it?

Thanks

Generally the only way you mess up the jump start is if you cross the wires, then all hell breaks loose, you didn't do that because it started. You may have an electrical issue however since you had to resort to the jump start. Alternator, coils, wires, plugs. Check them all.

You have lost the minimum air rate for the car. Stop the engine, redisconmnect the battery for like 5 minutes. reconnect the battery and start the engine and don't touch the throttle. If it stall initially just keep restarting it. Le t it sit and idle for 10 minutes, then shut it off and restart it, then let it idle in gear, again not touching the throttle for another 10 minutes, at the end, turn the AC on and let it idle for a few minutes again, should fix what's ailing it./
