I need to replace the horn pad between the airbag and cover on my 2004 deville. It looks like I need to take off the ignition collar to remove the upper cover to access the airbag. My question is; how do you remove the collar? If I don’t need to remove it, can someone walk me through how to remove the airbag. Thanks
