horn is not working
Hi i am working on my grandmas 98 cadillac deville, getting it tuned up, oil change,brakes, etc.
I went to get it inspected and the horn will not work! it will work when i lock the doors with the remote, but not from the stearing wheel. PLEASE HELP
Im looking for the fuse's and cant find them any where!

If horn works with remote it is not fuse or relay. Mostly cause canceling cam in steering column, retainer for horn contact connector is broken. If you remove air bag from steering wheel connector will likely not be locked in.

How do you take off the front of the steering wheel to look at the electrical contacts?
(its my grandmas car so really dont want the airbag to go off)
Our work trucks (gmc & chevys) sometimes have this problem and our installerscan fix it by taking off the wheel cover and redoing the contacts.
Help please!!!!
