Help please, in Jamaica
Hello,
I shipped a 2004 Cadillac EXT truck to Jamaica last year. I have performed the routine oil changes. Just today, after a routine day, nothing out of the ordinary, after starting the engine, the MIL, Service Engine Soon, indicator light came on. I read where in order to help you help me, I need to provide codes. Where would I find these codes? What could be the possible malfunctions? Any help you can afford is greatly appreciated.

FLY ME THERE AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO FIX YOU TRUCK!!!........since I don't think thats going to happen. You need go to a shop to have codes read or they sell code readers at auto parts stores. It may cheaper to buy one on the mainland and have shipped than to buy it local. Loose or missing gas cap #1 cause of ses light but it wont make it run rough. If gas loose or missing ,corrected it and drive for a week see if light goes out. If thats not the case, post codes. WISH I WAS THERE..... Hope it helps
