I posted this in the FAQs section, thought I might get a better response here.
99 Deville. I removed the rusted out gas filler neck. The neck vent tube was rusted off and hanging, lower section missing altogether. I cannot figure where to connect the new one. Also, the large tube from the vapor canister terminates in the area of the filler nipple on the tank, it is disconnected from something, can't figure out where it connects. There is a wired plug on the side of the plastic fitting in the end of the tube. All help is greatly appreciated.

 

Problem solved, found the "lost" hose connections.
