Hello, new guy on the block here. Recently purchased a very nice 99 Deville. Of course, it needs a few things. Main problem is a rusted out gas filler neck. I have removed the old one, but the vent line was rusted off and hanging. I cannot find a connection on the tank for the vent line. Also, the old neck has a 1/4" vent line, the new one is 3/4". Also, there is a line (the largest one) coming from the vapor canister to the area of the filler connection on the tank that is hanging, connected to nothing, can't figure where this connects either. All help is appreciated.
