Deville shakes at high speeds

Deville shakes at high speeds
I've got a 2000 Deville and for the most part it's got that extra smooth Cadillac ride, feels like your floating on a cloud. But every now and then at speeds of 65 and above is will shake alittle bit. It's nothing bad or serious, the steering whell shakes a little and the car shakes a little and it only last for a little bit and then it goes away and I'm back to floating on my cloud.
Does anyone have a guess as to what could be the cause of this shaking? Could it be my tires or something, or is it the engine? Any help is greatly appreciated.

RE: Deville shakes at high speeds
Tires can cause problems once they get on in miles. You could rotate and see what happens. Could also be in the worst case "Centre Wear" on the rack and pinion gear. The gears get some play in them on dead centre and could wobble slightly at certain speeds.
