I just purchased a 2002 Deville. The right rear door is dead. The window wont go up or down, the heated seat switch wont light up or heat the seat, and the power lock actuator wont lock or unlock the door.

The window wont go up or down on the left rear seat, but the heated seat works and so does the door lock actuator.

I tried pulling codes from the Display Center. I dont have any codes for the right rear module.

Any help diagnosing this system would be appreciated.

 

Most likely you have a broken wire where the harness exits the pillar through the boot and goes into the door pull the boot back and check the connector for a broken wire if you hear the window motor trying to work when you press the button the window regulator is faulty these are the 2 most common problems found for this concern.
