Unhappy Cue Spider Webbing

I have a 2014 ATS with 32k miles on it. I got into to my car after work and I noticed that for no reason my Cue is spider webbing and I can not use it like the whole thing is stuck on the home screen. I see that this is a frequent problem. My warranty expired a few months ago. It is imperative I get this fixed due to the dangers of if it spider webing all the way through and I will not be able to use the back up camera. What steps can I take on getting this fixed?

Angry Spider web crack due to heat

My 2013 ATS did the same thing 5/27/2018. No impact to screen, this is clearly a defect and I hope we all will be take care of. Please let me know the outcome for you!

I have the same problem, screen was replaced under warranty in July 2015 and it has cracked again and is out of warranty. Is there anything that can be done about this? This seems to be an ongoing issue with Cadillac and doesn’t seem fare to the consumer.

I bought a screen at Amazon (160cnd) and an expert at a garage in my hood will fix it in 2 hrs so about a 300$ dollar job...hope it will be fixed always for good!
