Default Cue screen spider cracks

Got into my car last night and found the CUE screen had spider cracks running along the left side and bottom. Wondering about any experiences with the dealership fixing the problem? Stopped by to have them take a look at it; the response was out of warranty, no bulletins, not our problem. Vehicle has 57,000 miles, bought new two years ago.

Not uncommon problem, go by dealer see what he says if its less than 4 years old just 8k over I would think they would give you assistance. You can also so call Cadillac Customer assistance and discuss it. Remember it wont necessary be free but you may get a low deductible.
Good luck

I bought a '15 CTS Premium two months ago from a dealer in Dallas - noticed a small spiderweb crack behind the touchscreen of my CUE (looks like when a small rock hits your windshield) right off the bat. I took it to Covert Cadillac dealership in Austin and they told me a CUE replacement would be covered under warranty and gave me a '17 XT5 loaner. In and out in 15 minutes, no hassles.

Ashely R,
I hope yoh are still out there!! I purchased a 2013 SRX brand new from our local dealership I have 49,321 miles (under the 50,000) but I am weeks out of the 5 year date from when I picked up my car.

My delaership used the new calculator information to give me a quote on fixing my CUE screen because this summers heat & then cold air conditioning put spide web cracks on this inside of the screen.

With this issue happening on 2013 & 2014 CUE systems, why should I have to pay close to $150 to have it replaced? Is there anything Cadillac can do about this? Why hasn’t a recall been issued for this problem?

Thank you.
