2016 Cadillac CTS, I took it to the dealer, they said they did four updates, but it did not fix the problem. Now they want it for a week. I tried a hard boot. No luck. Any fixes? Looks like a software problem to me. The screen is obviously not burnt out.

 

The cause of the problem turned out to be a faulty HMI ( Human machine interface) module. Once they finally figured that out it fixed the problem. So glad to have my car back and working as it should.
