I've got an 07' CTS that makes a crackling noise when the key is turned to the on position (Engine is not turned on but still makes the noise when it's running). Sounds like it's comming from the Dash and does quite some what when the air is turned on. Any body have experience the same thing or know anything about this would really be appreciated?

 

Have you had the vehicle checked by your local dealership yet? If not I would suggest you do so. With your model year you should still be covered by your 4 year 50,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty which should cover this fix, under normal cir***astances.
