cold air

Have a 97 eldorado it just started to blow cold air from passenger sideI have checked the actuator motor by turning temp setting and it works ..... any suggestions as my wife refuses to ride in it. THANKS BILL

There are 2 temp actuators L & R, recheck to be sure right one is working. It is possible the problem is with door itself, but that is not common.
