Codes pulled for a 1998 Deville

After a scan tool ran on my vehicle reveled codes 46 & PO440, I was wondering what is the common solution to getting them fixed?

The vehicle is a 1998 Cadillac Deville.

I appreciate any help you may be able to offer.

P0440 check loose or missing gas cap. 46? post full code too many choices.
