Default Cleaning a Phaeton Room

Am new to this forum. Not new to Caddy's. Am on my third, and my favority so far. It's a 1993 Deville. It has a Phaeton top (first time I've owned a car with this type of top). Have searched the web on info for cleaning a phaeton top. All I get are hits about the VW Phaeton. Does anyone know the best, most effective, and safest way to clean the top? Thus far, I've just hosed it down, have not used any cleaners. But, would like to know what would work best when I do need to use a cleaner. Car is currently MINT, inside and out, no scratches, no dents, 63K miles. Rides GREAT. Has the Service SSS light on. Read up on that. Appears it's common for the active struts to send this msg. I plan to not do anything on this front, as it rides great. Any thoughts? Thx, sd
