Car shudder
My 2016 CTS 4 AWD 30,000 miles has a strange shudder feeling slow speeds while turning. The response from dealer was "this is normal on all wheel drive", which is bull. Has anyone experienced this?
The car also shifts very hard, especially when cold. This is my first Cadillac, love the car other than this problem. Having trouble getting dealer to address.
