Hello all, I have a 2012 CTS4 coupe with a tranny issue (I think). Under hard acceleration or climbing a steep hill the car will shudder or seem to be skipping while in 1st or second gear. I brought the car into King O'Rourke Cadillac 2 times. The first time they said they could not replicate the issue. The second time I test drove the car with a manager and he said there was definitely an issue. After a week of having the car they said it was normal since they have another 2012 CTS in the shop and it does the same thing. I told them this was the most ridiculous diagnosis I have ever heard and they suggested I take it to another dealer.

Can anyone recommend another Cadillac dealer on Long Island, preferably in Suffolk County.
