Default Cadillac SRX 4.6 V8 Engine running rough when warm no Fault codes

Hi there i'm from Poland in Europe, first for all sorry for my bad englisch. In Europe when i go to a mechanic with my cadi they meaking big eyes and don/t want to *** them and nobody can tell me something about this engine.

I was going with my 2007 Cadi ant then The engine starts too go very rough, back to homem egine off. When he cooled down evverytinhg was ok, but then i N starts to shakeing the whole car.

Check engine , camshaft sensor wrong. Then i notice on this sensor was litle metalic filings. front camshaft covers down and the screw form the camshaft regulator (like a rack) was broken and she was not to find (the engine grind her) i bought used regulators and screws and a new timing chains. New motoroil there are no more metalic filnigs in it. Put everything together, the check engine dosen't come up , but the probleme is still there. Engine starts very fine i can drive smooth like 5 miles without any fault. then it comes and the car is shaking, in the neutral gera the same engine start and works well, then it getting warm and starts to shake, its like missfire with a nocking sound in engine.

Can be a sign of requiring an overhauling because for me that works usually when i get something like that and surely through that you get the fix for the problem i am sure.
