Car wants to stall runs rough when warm

Runs rough and wants to stall when it gets warm replaced many parts can the catalytic convertor be clogged ???? runs fine for about 10 minutes and under loads ( uphill ) really struggles

Its a 1994 Sedan Deville 4.9 ltr 130,000 miles

I would first check the EGR valve both for function and for carbon build up, then test the engine temp. sensor for functionality.

check the fuel pressure regulator for leaks as well
