Do you have a set (high and low pressure)of gauges to aid in the diagnosis?
How did you determine it has a full charge?
Have you checked for codes?
What is the temp coming from the vents?

A/C systems have so many elements just posting a one line question makes it near impossible for anyone to help.

This is called clutch cycling.
It is a normal part of how this system works.
The frequency may indicate a problem but if the compressor runs constantly that would indicate a problem also.

Did you even read this link???

dont understand question ...

https://www.cadillacforum.com/m_9792/tm.htm

examples of no-way-we-can-help questions:
"my car dont run well, what is wrong with it?"
"my A/C aint working, what do i do?"
"my car stalls, do i need to take it to a dealer?"
#5.
On some issues, specially with A/C & airbags, we are very reluctant to provide suggestions unless
the owner can convince that he/she knows what he/she does with such devices.
