ac blow at bottom only

ac blow at bottom only
Hey guys just wondering if anybody else had this problem in the past and knew what the fix was. On my 2000 DTS the ac only blows at the bottom at your feet. I checked around for any visable broken va***e lines but didnt see any. Any advice?
