Default 98 STS Climate Control - NOTHING!

Please help! I just bought a 98 Cadillac STS with 92,000 miles. The climate control worked perfectly yesterday...no it won't blow any air out!

The problem: I can't get anything to come out of the vents anywhere. I've tried the automatic climate control setting, setting it to manual, turning it hot, cold, and done everything I know to do. Everytime I turn the fan up high, you can hear it come on and it appears to be working fine. NO AIR will come out of any vents or outets in the car - what's wrong? I am wondering if there is a flap or something that is stuck closed?

I would greatly appreciate any ideas.

Thank you,
Carl

Thank you for the help. Lately it has been working part of the time and not other times. When it does work, it doesn't seem like it's coming out as hard as the blower motor is working though. My guess is that it is opening only partially...

My question: Is the Seville STS similar to Deville in that I can remove the glovebox liner and see ifthe"mode door acuator"is working?

Thanks again,
