I have a 98 Deville that is having the following issue: It will start sometimes, run fine. I can shut it down and restart it immediately. If I let it sit, it will not restart. It cranks over well, and has spark as proven by shooting ether into throttle body. I belive that it is a fuel delivery issue, I ahve replced fuel pump, pump relay and pressure regualtor. I was informed that at one time the car had a remote start on it that had been removed. As these issues did not start until after the remote was removed, is this a problem with the VATS, and if so, how can I correct it?
