Default 96 STS a/c problem

I know this topic has come up in the past. car says very low refridgerant. I have charged it, replaced orfice tube, sensors, took everything apart and blew air through system. put it all back together and the low side builds pressure. had to hold relay closed to kick on compressor due to car not allowing it to come on. when I say it builds pressure I mean extreme amounts. Anyone ever had this happen? going to spend the day trying to change the compressor, what else is left.

when u replace the orfice was it clean or full of foreign debris
sometimes the sensors go for a crap
did u vacuum the system complete down to 28-29 mmhg
is the line freeze up
if u follow the pipe does the temp change as u feel the pipe

orfice tube had a little bit of metal on it, I replaced compressor, installed new tube, blew air through whole system to see if it was clogged, va***ed it down and put 2lbs of 134a in it. could not get the system to engage. all sensors have been changed. I even changed the electronic box that controls the air. the only problem I had was there was an excess amount of oil in the evaporator. I bypassed the relay to kick the comp. on. it was col up to the orfice tube for about 5min then it got hot. could hear the comp struggling so i checked the low side with the guage. way high and climbing. shut the system down and gave up. Any ideas?
