'88 Seville Won't Start

Default '88 Seville Won't Start
I can't get my '88 Seville to start. I changed the fuel filter, which made it sound better. But it didn't get it started. I'm not sure it might be the fuel pump or spark plugs I'm gonna check them tomorrow. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
