94 sts heater issue
i have 1994 sts heater issue everything works fine just when i have it turned off and temp set at 60 i still get hot air blowing to the floor
can you help me figure it out

Blower never stops turning even in off. Air will continue to flow in slowly at stops and slightly faster with speed. Temperature of air will relate to what control is set at and outside temp.
