I'm back....It's been a while and my Caddy clowned me
It turned off on me and everything else with it because my sound system killed the alternator. Power steering got turned off, the dash went off with the gauges, brake was hard to use and the transmission was acting weired - basically everything went dead because the batter fell under 9 volts. I had all these codes and then I took out the batter to get it fully charged to get to the dealer. I fully charged the battery to 700 CCA and it took me only 4 blocks before it did the same thing. I finally had the Eldo towed to my shop and had the alternator replaced. I havn't had any problems with it since, but I check my onboard diagnostics and I seen some codes on there and was suprised that they couldn't be cleared after the scan. I had a lot of codes before the shop because of the alternator - Battery voltage too high at first, then battery voltage too low, then battery not charge, and then it died. Now I have a few codes that I don't know how to clear, but after the code it says HISTORY. I have P052 HISTORY, P109 HISTORY, T085 HISTORY (which I couldn't even find out what it means), and I052 HISTORY. Can anyone help me and maybe tell me a way to clear them if they arn't current because it doesnt display clear codes by itself at the end. Thanks, I appreciated it.
