I have a 93 cadillac deville jus bought but it's been sitting about 3 years. The only problem was that rats where nesting under the hood and they have been chewing wires. I believe the wires to the fuel data center and the climate control must be shorted out but where do I find the wires? Are they under the hood or the dash. Please help any info would be helpful and very much appreciated I'm really a first time do-it-yourselfer
