91 cadillac wont idle!! help!

i have a 91 cadillac and when the motor is cold the car wont idle without me keeping on the gas.. but when it gets up to operating temperature it runs fine. i bought a coolant temperature sensor i was told that could do it but could i have some help? any ideas thanks!!

go to our FAQ section, CODES, learn how to pull codes and pull the codes and post them, including history and current.

the car computer should know what the problem is by now.
