ok to start off my car (89 fleetwood FWD 4.5 v8) will drive fine at first after driving about 15 minutes the engine light comes on. i can feel it when i drive. like almost a miss. and after a while of driving when its warm outside it stalls when im at a low speed or at a stop light. it starts up and i have to keep on the gas just a little bit to keep it running. when its cold outside i will run fine.

i ran the codes and e30, 352, e59. i know what the e52 means. heres the ones i need help with. e30 - ISC RPM out of range e59 - VCC temperature sensor circut problem. what exactly do either of these mean? and are any of these my problem with my car stalling? any help would be great. thank you.
