I have a 95 cadillac sedan deville 4.9Lt,any way I was driving and my air/heat went out and stop blowing,the climate control has 4 little lines like this _ _ where the temperature is supposed to be displayed at,and the defrost light stays on when the car is on. the obd reads loss of air conditioning programmer data. The climate control panel is non-responsive. I already changed the outside air temp sensor and that is not it. Can someone tell me what the problem might be, Thank you!

 

Sounds like the ACP went out....
