Hello all , my name is Jim, I go by Big dooly on the site, and I just aquired my first caddy. It is a nice car, relatively rust free, nice interior 80k mi. I was looking for some advice concerning the climate control.
Basically, it blows hot air when the a.c. is on. The a.c. clutch is engaging, compressor is running. The conrol unit seems to be working properly in all positions, and there seems to be a slight change in temperature of the air coming out of the vents when I adjust the temp. setting, also the sound changes. Vacuum ?Blending door?
This car has only been driven 300 miles in the last 6 years
That is about change, gonna need a.c.!!!
I would appreciate greatly any hints , tips, or advice.
