hello again,and let me thank everyone that gives and gave input,ok i have four questions i feel will get me rolling in this 1981 coupe.
1.ok i took out the 368,and going back with a chevy 350,question is is there any way i can mount the motor with out welding the mounts?

2.i have a 350 tranny,short tail,i have the yolk that fits it,question is,will i have to cut my original driveshaft to make it fit or just switch the yolk,i pulled the 400 out with the 368.

3.how do i remove my dashboard,i only removed 6 screws but somthing is holding it down

4.do anyone know where i can find bumper fillers that arent worth more than the car geez.

1. SBC swap has be discuss alot- search it
2. You will need a different driveshaft, THM400 is longer than THM350, original one will be short.
3. There are 2 screw that go up behind glove box.
4. There are fiberglass replacements out there, no rubber ones as far as I know.
