Engine has 96K; been sitting for 2 years
Vatted radiator
replaced cooling temp sensor
replaced thermostat
replaced the 3 fan relays

A/C is not charged
I have gotten different info about when fans are supposed to kick on: 208 & 228
Which is right?

Instrument panel goes haywire & starts tossing info such as; fuel low(got plenty of fuel), stop engine overheating.

Any suggestions???

dont know if this will help but my 92 had the same issue with the fans i had to replace the coolant temp switch/sender don't know if the 94 has this part or not
