I have a 2005 STS that's making a clicking noise in the dash. It only happens when the climate control fan is blowing thru the upper vents. It stops when the floor vents are activated. I'm thinking it may be the blend door actuator not reaching its 'stop'. Is this hard to replace and what's involved in diagnosing this problem. Thanks for any help!
