2000 Deville Class II ABS and TC issues

Hi, newbie looking for help. I have a project and have whittled my problems down to missing grounds on several things like f&r heated seats, RV mirror, corner lamps, radio amp... etc.
codes are
NO ABS DATA
IPC U1000
IPM B0269
IPM B0429
PCM P1571
PCM P1644
PCM U1040
NO RCC DATA
SDM U1040

Expecting this to be a bad computer, but NO IDEA witch one. HELP!
Replaced BCM on right kick panel and only accomplished triggering the anti theft lockout on the radio.
Suggestions please.

Oh sorry, ABS BRAKE and TRACTION CONTROL lights on. ABS is constant. TC and Brake immediately follow.

no abs data

Start with the basics. Check the fuses in the engine compartment and under the rear seat. Some are hard to access and see so I use a flashlight and shine it thru the fuse.
