Hello, I have 1996 deville that takes a while to get started.I put a new fuel pump in it and had a dealership replace the fuel rail from plastic to steel. The fuel pressure regulator doesnt seem to have fuel leaking into the va***e line. I could use some help , thanks.

 

what is fuel pressure? does it old steady with key on/engine off? codes?
