1993 seville ignition coil hot wire burning up

I start car and ignition coil hot wire burns up...Why??/ its a 4.9

Ignition coil is in distributor car, so there isn't an actual coil wire.

Problem Solved...The last guy changed the coil and cap and forgot the ground strap..it cost 2 dollars
