Half of my dash controls won't respond, including power windows and heater. How can I locate this car'scomputer?

 

What makes you lean towards the computer??? A lot of these electrical gemlins are grounding issues or bad or corroded connections.Go over the entire car and find the grounding points, remove the connection and clean with wire brush and reassemble with some dielectric grease. Also check the power connections and the fuse block area. Remove the fuses one at a time and clean the connection. Have you checked the integrity of the fuses.Could also be faulty ignition switch contacts.
