1984 Cadillac Deville - heater not working

No heat
Hi, I have a 1984 Eldorado and there is no heat blowing out of floor or defroster. I replaced the heater water valve and still nothing. The hoses to the firewall are hot. New thermostat, radiator and coolant level is good. Any ideas?
