1976 seville Wipers won't turn off

HOw can I turn off the wipers? I move the switch to the "off position" but they stay on?

Wiper relay switch I suspect.

Where is the relay located? On the wiper motor?

had exactly this the other day, played with the switch around the off position and they stopped. Suspect there may be a fault in the wiper switch.
