i have a 1998 cadi deville 11300 miles on it ,i tried to do something stupid a install a after market remote start,it would start car and alarm woud go off,so i removed it .thats when security issues started ,dash start to blink speedo goes up and downdrive indictator blinks dash says battery low was getting ipc b1983 code when i test battery with battery testor it says 14 .0 with car off running it s 14.7

 

09 CTS problem is Radio comes on automatically after car is started
