Engine Swap 2004 3.6 into 2005 3.6

Good afternoon everyone -

out of curiosity... will a 3.6VVT from a 2004 CTS bolt up accurately into a 2005 CTS that currently has a 3.5 VVT.

Assume they are the same exact motor, but ya never know

no VVT in 04.
