The Window motor arrived Christmas eve.
I installed same yesterday morning.
The job was not as bad as I though..
Window seems to work perfectly so far time will tell.

As for the shift know...That will require more research

 

Well the window motor fix did not last long.
I had funny smell come from the door area, The window STOPED working.
Though it might be the switch or wiring issue....Not So
The motor had brown oily substance at its base, the smell of burned substance was clear.
I checked wiring to motor from switch...All is well
With motor out of door, I applied 12v power directly to motor....No Action.

New motor was placed on order, and is in the "Pipeline" @ No charge.
