I have an 07 CTS-V and I was wondering if I could swap in a built T-56 from say a Z28 into my V. Is it the same housing or is it different in any way that would keep me from doing it? Thanks for any info.

 

I believe the Caddy already has the T-56 in it. Since i know that many LSx parts are interchangeable, and GM doesnt have the money to create more than one T-56. Then i would believe that the two trannies should be a direct swap.
