I own a 99 cadillac STS seville, My waterpump cam pulley seized up, I think! the belt was melting to the wheel, but the plastic pulley freely spins. Anyway the car ran for awhile, it will fire up no problem, but I want to put on a new belt and am wondering if there is a special way to align the camshaft in order to put on a new belt?
