I tryed cleaning grds. but still " No Charge" Spent $500.00 for new Delco alternator.Problem solved.I think I know what caused the failure.I am a 79 yr old retiree & my driving is occasional for short distance & at slow speeds.This car has day run lts,heated seats,elect fuel pump,heated windshield etc,etc,etc! This puts a strain on the alt & my mechanic said it had been changed before with a non OEM alt.I have now removed the DRL fuse & won't use heated stuff next winter. Anyone agree?
