I came out to my car this morning and found that the bottom right side of my CUE was all cracked. We have 87,000 miles on the vehicle so it’s not covered by warranty anymore. I have read that this happens a lot and that is unacceptable. I hope someone at Cadillac responses to this and makes it right. Very frustrated right now.

The same thing happened to my car and the dealership wants $1500 to repair the CUE screen. Did you repair your CUE screen? I can't believe this isn't covered since it's a defective CUE and many people have this issue. If I decide to repair the screen it's only covered for a year or 12,000 miles. I live in Southwest Florida where the temperatures reach over 100 degrees in your car even in the shade. I don't think I will even purchase a Cadillac again after reading how many people of the spider web on the CUE online.
