Default RE: suspension?

On post 1995 Fords, the "service required" dumb-dumb light is cleared by connecting a code reader to the data port, which is a trapezoidal connector existing typically beneath the steering column...inside the cabin. Code readers come in various degrees of sophistication, and they are available at DIY places like AutoZone or PepBoys. The least sophisticated is capable of clearing my Ford "service" light. It has been my experience that barring the use of a code reader, the service light remains lit indefinitely.

I cannot advise you directly on your Cadillac.
