Premium, Midgrade, or Regular Fuel?

I have a 2002 Cadillac Seville STS, and I noticed the manual said the engine runs better on premium. Which of the three should I fill the seville up with Premium, Midgrade or regular fuel?

The computer will reduce power (timing) when it sees a lower octane.
You will probably notice it more the hotter the day.
